Torta Helada (ice cream cake)
- Beat 1 cup sugar and 4 egg yolks 
- Then add 150g softened butter and beat until sugar has dissolved.
- Fold in 400ml cream (do not beat, as it can form clumps). 
- In a tray, make layers of cream and Maria crackers. Start with cream. 3
  layers of crackers. 
- Place in freezer.
Sauce
- Melt half can condensed milk, half can leche evaporada, 200g dark chocolate.
  Boil in water bath for 2h if possible. 
- Let cool. 
- Add chocolate sauce to frozen pies. Put back in freezer. Yum!
